Migration to PayloadCMS and Next.js

PayloadCMS has really impressed me and while I was originally intending to keep my personal website very simple, I decided that I really liked the writing experience in Payload enough to add a full-on CMS to kellenbusby.com. Plus, using Next.js makes a ton of sense for a personal website; great use case for SSG.
